Plain terms for using tracemedia.io. If we end up working together, that is covered by a separate written agreement — not this page.
The one that matters: this website is marketing. Booking a call here does not create a client relationship, a contract, or any guarantee. Paid work — scope, deliverables, timelines, our written guarantees, payment, and who owns what — lives in a separate agreement we both sign before any work starts. Nothing on this site overrides that agreement.
Using the site
tracemedia.io is an informational site with a way to book a call. Use it for that. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or access parts that are not meant to be public.
The numbers and examples
Results shown on this site are real outcomes from past work. They are examples of what the approach has done — not a promise of what it will do for you. Any calculator or estimate is exactly that: an estimate. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for your own professional judgment.
Our content
The text, video, graphics, logos, and layout on this site are Trace Media’s property (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, republish, resell, or build derivatives from them without our written permission. The work we deliver to a client is handled by that client’s agreement, not this page.
Links and third-party tools
This site uses and links to third-party services — a scheduler, video embeds, analytics, and our hosting. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their own terms. When you use one (for example, booking through the scheduler), that provider’s terms and our Privacy Policy also apply.
Availability — provided “as is”
We offer this site as it is. We may change, pause, or take down any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Where these terms apply
Trace Media operates from Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. These terms are governed by Massachusetts law. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
